My cousin Amy wanted to put together a family team this year, and it was great to run with so many of my family members! We probably had the most fun with our team name. But hey, if you grow up with the last name Astle, and everybody thinks the "T" is silent, you deserve to have a little fun with it. Thanks to my dad for being our awesome driver and photographer (as usual, I stole all of these pics from him). This year I was runner 9. Of the three times that i've done Ragnar, this was by far the hardest. My first leg was an easy 3.2, but my second leg was 11.6 miles at 3:45 a.m. on a rocky trail, and my last leg was 4.4 miles straight up Gaurdsman's Pass. Let's just say, my family has been laughing at me all day as they watch me try to walk up and down our stairs.

I still like to look through these pictures. And I still can't figure out why, but that was a really fun couple of days.
